Todd told Blair about his relationship with Starr, "we're like THIS", holding two of his fingers up and crossed tight together. She definitely was her father's daughter.
I agree about the santimony. But Blair's trying to protect herself. He did lie to her and manipulate her re Victor and Tomas. She felt really hurt by that and it's not the first time. The last time they were together he pulled the Mafia scam. Before that was the disgusting dead baby lie. This is anger due to his lies and manipulations before and after his return.
