AirNational Gaurd flew OVER Spencer, Iowa and did ONE rooftop rescue. Then left until the threat was lessened.
Residents got in boats and rescued people and they're pets. When tried to cross the little sioux river authories told them that if they attempted any further, they'd be arrested and charged with interfering with official acts. The authorites and rescue workers would NOT get into the water. They did nothing!!!
They knew this was coming they didn't even sound the sirens!
Ok, I myself watched them sandbagging the bridge that connects the north and south side and SMU vans zipping up and down the alleys near the river AND THERE WAS NO WARNING AT ALL TO THE CITIZENS!!!
City officials knew however, and they got theyre homes and family cleared out!
That is the truth!!!
