Steel rims are 3LBS lighter than alloy. Translates into -72 effective unsprung weight for 5% boost to mpg and decreased brake distances over all other models. Even more if 18 inch tires on upper trims.
Most dealers in Alberta include them in their pricing but they do not come installed from Japan. To my knowledge Subaru doesn’t provide factory installed accessories in Canada.
I was not aware of this, I know The convenience package was a happy medium, unfortunately, the lack of overall interest had Subaru Canada drop the trim for the 2023 model year and will likely remain out of the lineup until the 2025 redesign. Thanks for your input Brady

I noticed it had a block heater; was that dealer installed or from the factory?
