Agree, people talk about body and fretboard for tone . It is in the hands and fingers..... good example is Jeff Beck and how he could have make a strat 🎸 sing like nobody else ‼️👍
Thats not to say that effects will make a bad player sound good by any means....but combined with skills and technique they can have a dramatic effect on tone
