Fully agree with you. I had the same feeling when I lived in Austria. A simple example is that you receive the medical bill many days after you are discharged from the hospital. In India one has to pay the advance.

पश्चिमी देशों में वी आई पी कल्चर नहीं है और ना ही पश्चिमी देशों में सिक्योरिटी पर करोड़ो अरबो रुपए खर्च किए जाते हैं लेकिन भारत में तो वीआईपी की सिक्योरिटी पर ही करोड़ों अरबो रुपए खर्च कर दिए जाते हैं और भारत में तो राजनीतिक लोग सत्ता में आकर देश के खजाने की रकम का बहुत दुरुपयोग करते हैं।
