- Trailer reaction to the upcoming S.S. Rajamouli Telugu 2022 film RRR starring NTR and Ram Charan by Melanie Greenberg on Pardesi Reviews.
RRR is an upcoming Indian Telugu-language period action drama film directed by S. S. Rajamouli, and produced by D. V. V. Danayya of DVV Entertainments. The film stars N. T. Rama Rao Jr., Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt and Olivia Morris while Samuthirakani, Alison Doody, Ray Stevenson and Shriya Saran play supporting roles. It is a fictional story about two Indian revolutionaries, Alluri Sitarama Raju (Charan) and Komaram Bheem (Rama Rao), who fought against the British Raj and Nizam of Hyderabad respectively.
Rajamouli scripted the film from the original story written by K. V. Vijayendra Prasad. Rajamouli came across reading stories about the incidents happened in the lives of Rama Raju and Bheem, and connected the coincidence between them. The thought that how they could have been friends during their formative years inspired Rajamouli to make the film. Set in 1920, the plot explores the undocumented period in their lives when both the revolutionaries choose to go into oblivion before they began the fight for their country.
The film was formally announced in March 2018, with the launch and the principal photography of the film began in November 2018 in Hyderabad. The film was shot extensively across India, with a few sequences in Ukraine and Bulgaria. The film's soundtrack and background score is composed by M. M. Keeravani with cinematography by K. K. Senthil Kumar and editing by A. Sreekar Prasad. Sabu Cyril is the film's production designer whilst V. Srinivas Mohan supervised the visual effects.
Made on a budget of ₹400 crore (US$53 million), RRR was initially scheduled for theatrical release on 30 July 2020, which has been deferred due to production delays and followed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, the film is scheduled to be released theatrically on 7 January 2022.

The role NTR is playing (Komaram Bheem) is a God/Religious deity in the gond community he is worshipped by the gonds and also he has reportedly killed many tigers with his bare hands as told by the gond communities and few letters written by few British officers and also He is said to have done unbelievable feats and the bike he lifted was 53 kgs 100 lbs approx ig it was produced with very cheap alloys and engines during the world war II considering all these it is possible doing the feat with the bike but I do acknowledge over the top scenes across the teaser and also the role Ram Charan is playing is Called Alluri Sitarama Raju, he is considered to be the incarnation of lord Vishnu (re incarnation of Sri Rama) also Ram Charan resembles the historical character Alluri Sitarama Raju, weapons, Attire, look all resemble the original freedom fighter Alluri Sitarama Raju not of Lord Ram as few claim, over all a great reaction guys, we love you!

Ram Charan played the role of tribal freedom fighter "Alluri Sitharamaju " who fought against British colonizers and died at the age of 25.
NTR played the role of tribal freedom fighter Komaram Bheem who fought against Islamic rulers Nizams.
There was a period of time these two freedom fighters went missing undocumented and this story of RRR is fiction of what if these two met during that time and got inspiration

Alluri sitaram Raju was deemed a god in his circle (even 10th history book has that) . They litereally have ram and Bheem in their name .
Sitaram in records is said to survive bullet wounds and after his death (shot by soldiets if I am not wrong) was prayed
Ss is giving it the mythological/legend treatment
The gonds still say he used to kill tigers
The appeal of this is the larger than life evil and larger than life good .

They are freedom fighters so yes any amount of action scenes directors put it will be nothing infront of their actual sacrifice, actual fight and actual action they kept in, but yes to make movie go to masses, action scenes does help to elevate the deep rooted emotions...
