Honestly people underestimate how extremely hard boxing is, you constantly have to stay focused while getting punched in the head, and with kick-boxing (the one i train) also while getting kicked to the head, you have to find the right moment to strike, You also feel exauhsted after the first couple of fights and you still gotta fight on, it's nothing easy.
