Hi! Thank you so much for the content. One question regarding feedback - review conversion. Is this TOS compliant if these customers were already asked for a review using Amazon’s “request review” button? Thank you

To stay compliant with amazons terms, stick to one or the other. Either use the review button or try converting a feedback to a review.

I have a question, how to manage the PPC Campaigns and bids if the selling price is less than $15 and the bids are high. Like currently I am working on a beauty category and facing this issue that my product price is less than $12 and if I received an order after 2 clicks from PPC, ACOS shoots to 40% 50% etc.
So how could we manage this situation and if Orange Klik has already discussed about this video, kindly share the link or I think there should be a dedicated video on it.
    Thanks

You can't control margins or the CPCs within your niche. Maybe the product just isn't ideal given those two factors.

For products in the beauty category, CPC's are going to be high because it is a consumables product and other brands are banking on getting repeat customers. The supplements space is the same. The solution to this is to measure your repeat purchases rate. Then, do everything you can to increase it. In this space you want to shoot for about 40% of your sales coming from repeat purchases at least. Then use that number to calculate your real lifetime value. Once you have this number you are going to recalculate your ACoS and come up with a LACoS or Lifetime Average Cost of Sale. This is the number you will focus on rather than ACoS.
Another shorter hack for this is to use all of amazons free advertising sources IE. comparison table in the A+ content, amazon posts, storefront, amazon live. All of these have 0% ACoS because you dont pay.
