I was of the opinion that the Clippers play the dirtiest defense against Luka, but what Dort is doing is not for expulsion but directly to prison, the man made in every attack Luka, at least three personal fouls and gets 6 fouls at the end of the game, they use all illegal and dirty moves , knees, elbows, Dallas will have to send Markieff Morris into the game to twist their ears. The referee allows SGA to play with his elbows on him, awarding every touch. How much longer?

As a Knicks fan, we have to sit out 3 starters due to injury. If these players are actually injured, they shouldn't be playing. I just find it comical how teams claim Haliburton is injured with a bad back yet he's running around dropping 35 points. Same was said about Joel Embid and he scores 50. Luka has been killing OKC. The play-offs is more physical than the regular season games. Man up or sit down.

Shai gets exhausted till 3th quarter and his efficiency plumets. Mavs at that point have Kyrie who was preserving enrgy to take advantage of the situation.

the way OKC played was outside the norms of honorable sporstmanship, the refs should have done more to protect both the players and the game, rules and standards of conduct have to be enforced. Hope basketball gods will make it so Mavs win a game or two on luck just for sports karma to be respected, sometimes a lucky bounce is all it takes.

If the players today had to play the Detroit Pistons in the 80's, they'd all be crying home to their mommy. I never seen a bunch of whiners. As great as Luka is, he's developed a habit of expecting a call every possession.

I like today's game fine and basically, I want to see active tough defense but not playing like a bunch of rugby players and trying to pass it off as basketball. Every generation has their tough guys but who wants to watch Draymond hit guys in the jewels or dirty players trying to end careers like Liambeer did when he played? I don't. But Luka has gone to the line more than Shai in his career. Shai is not taking the amount of step back jumpers as Luka hence being in the paint driving aggressively, he gets more calls in the playoffs so far.
As far as the OP goes, this is all gamesmanship to try to gain favor with the refs. they're trying to get an advantage and 80s players cried to refs as well. They flopped back in the 90s as well and at least did some kind of acting in 80s.
