Ive seen Husker fans in Oregon, and Oregon fans in Nebraska. Like the 3rd biggest fanbases in both states.

The thing about Oregon is they never finish those big games when they’re close. I think they’ll out play everyone on the schedule but fall short in the end against Ohio State and maybe even Michigan

Realistically, Oregon is just as talented as anybody. They are just as talented roster wise as Ohio State. They just have a better quarterback. I do not think Wisconsin is a draft game because I don’t think they have the necessary talent on offense and defense to be able to make it a big problem. There are only really two games where the teams could even give Oregon huge problems.. the first game would be Ohio State obviously, and whoever wins is only gonna win by one possession either way. Michigan Michigan is gonna be good but they’re gonna take a clear step back and the only reason I would even say Michigan has a chance at this game is because it’s on the road and it will be very late in the year and Michigan has a really good defense . realistically though there is only one team that is gonna stop organs from having their perfect regular season and that is Ohio State because Michigan is going to take a step backwards
Wisconsin runs the air raid…I’m not saying they can’t win, but it won’t be because they hold the ball and run clock

Mizzou Tigers, I'm aware of that. A game in which their best player wasn't on the field and the third string qb took a majority of the snaps. Their situation will look a lot different when they head to Eugene in October.

Losses to Michigan and Ohio St.
I want to see Lanning/Oregon beat an elite team. They haven't done it yet.
Michigan late in the year will be developed at QB enough. They are going to play defense and run the ball a lot to slow Oregon down significantly. Oregon gave up at least 4 yards a carry 6 times last year.
I also just believe Ohio St is all around better than Oregon. I think you and several others are downplaying the hell out of Chip Kelly as OC.

I find it funny that people talk about Lanning not being able to win the big game, but you can say the same thing about Ryan day and they have equally talented rosters. The only difference is Oregon has the better quarterback.

Lanning's only losses have been to rivals and Georgia. Pretty much every other game hasn't even been close. I have a hard time believing they will lose to anyone, but Ohio State or Michigan. Oregon State doesn't have the talent this year for the upset. Washington will probably be struggling with injuries due to a lack of depth.
I think if Will Howard is the starter, Oregon wins the game against Ohio State.
I think Oregon's efficient and balanced offense will have more success against Michigan's defense than their above average offense will against the Ducks' very good defense.
