You might consider installing some of those Hard Rubber 4'x6' matts over the steel plates protecting your rear axles ! Tractor supply sells them at most of their locations !
Practice makes perfect buddy! At 70 y.o. I still practice making mistakes everyday. Dont feel bad. Down there in Florida looks like a piece of cake. Ive done stuff like that in West Virginia coal mine country on some narrow paths, at least there isnt any gators to mess with. A few black bears here and there. Was spending the night on top of a hill one time, had to wait for crew in the morning before i could unload. Over the phone a crew member told me dont get out of the truck if you have food with ya or them bears will be sleeping in your sleeper and you'll be sleeping up in the machine!
Shit that ain’t bad at all, you did that while empty that’s a quick easy fix that won’t cost nearly as much as if you were loaded… do that while loaded heavy and that is a fuck up to be proud of.
I run lowboy, I run a hydraulic RGN lowboy uses PTO on truck. I have several different thickness of steel shims to lift it higher. I've used a loader to pull my self out ,it's fun😅😂 by your self 😂😅. Good recovery & didn't hurt the trailer just a little asphalt.
When I move loaders with bucket and forks I put the bucket on the machine and chain it to the forks with the forks backwards. Then the bucket holds down the forks.
❤❤❤

Not a bad idea. I might try that next time.
As long as it took that guy to side unload, it would of been quicker for you to split lol
That guy was terrible
You didn't even go back and push the asphalt off the edge of the road a car could hit it
Waiting on the whatever that was and was not disappointed 👍
Glad you got her outta there. Hope dot ain't watching 😁
Things happen and we move on.
Might be time for a career change.
❤❤❤
