you have probably found your anwser by now but anyway here it is if you are a game dev or you want to use your cloth in 3rd party softwares such as blender, daz, unreal etc you probably wana consider using marvelous since it has features to export the cloth with simulations and so on but if youre a fashion designer working for a fashion company and or prefer rendering inside the software it self clo could be a better choice as it offer vray for rendering and has some extra feaures as well
