one thing is clear. the more and more you read the constitution and the rationale behind it. you will find what a genius piece of document it is. what provisions will be contradicting what other provisions and what laws will be suited as per our population. our constitution is a slap on the face of those who speak in a biased manner.

Limit of income at present for non creamy layer in OBC is not more than 8 lakes anually.
Rectify it. It's not 6 lakh/annum.
Income Limit of determining the Non-Creamy Layer Status of OBCs. In order to qualify as an OBC non-creamy layer candidate, the applicant's parents' annual income should be less than Rs. 8 lakhs. Salary and agricultural income are not to be considered as income for calculating annual income for creamy layer status.

Creamy layer policy should also be applied on SCs and STs also because many sc people living in urban areas are now financially good and don't even count themselves in backward classes but for the greed of reservation they do.

does that ensure no discrimination? check number of rape cases on sc st womens compared to others. do one exercise go to nearby slum or any other locality, ask the chai vendor, sweeper, peon, or any other mineal job wokers their caste. I bet you'll get same answer 95% of time.
