Two years & 9 1/2 months ago, I took a pregnancy test so I can prank my husband turned out joke was on me. Our baby turned 2 yesterday.

This is truly just an honest question. I have three kids and each time that I thought I was pregnant and got a positive test, that was the last test I took. What is the reasoning for so so so many pregnancy tests? You already know you are pregnant....
I take maybe 5 max and that’s because i sometimes test early so if i get a faint line im double questioning if it’s really a positive and so i’ll do another one a little later in the evening and then the next day i’ll take a digital. With my first i was 18 so it was more shock like nah it’s not real but was 😂 and when i was trying for my second baby it took a year with previous miscarriages so it was more of a emotional it can’t be real so it was testing a bit to make sure it stayed.

I took many after a positive test just to make sure the line was getting darker
I think she takes so many to make sure the line is either getting darker or that she’s still testing positive. There’s a lot that can happen in the first few weeks so I’m sure she’s nerve wracked. I took a lot of tests after I found out at first that I was pregnant. I found out at 4 weeks and couldn’t get into the doctor until 8 weeks to confirm and date. I took a bunch to make sure I was still pregnant

Bailey came into the car at first thinking you were about to say something about her and then she was waiting for you to tell her how pretty she looked too and you ignored her twice probably without realizing but she looked just as pretty.
I doubt it was intentional, she has alot going on
Temperamental or kids who throw tantrum usually gets more attention than others. She loves them equally but love and attention are different. Problem is, kids remember these small incidents and it stays in the subconscious. Instead of praising shay and say she looks like princess 3 times maybe it would have better to notice Bailey at least once. She has a lot going on however no unconscious behavior should be repeated too many times. With the 4th baby coming, oldest would get more used to less attention. I know personally how even seeming insignificant memories stay with you until adulthood. Sorry for the long rambling on your comment, I just feel sad whenever I see disappointment in kids due to lack of attention.
Yes, I've seen it several times before intentional or not shey gets a lot more praise. I'm only making this comment in a positive way so hopefully it's corrected. Love you guys.
Last summer everyone thought she paid more attention to Bailey and that Shay was the one ignored.. it seems people always trying to find fault or pick at everything...
NGL I’d be extra nervous telling someone I was pregnant this early on. Not to jinx you or anything. I’m happy that you’re happy you’re pregnant.
A lot of people want others to known as soon as they know. Even if something were to happen, many people find it helpful to have others know and support them right away.

Also I got one of the tests with my first daughter, 4 years ago, that tells you how far along you are but couldn’t find it anywhere with my second daughter 🤷🏻♀️

Tara you are so much like I was at the beginning of my pregnancies...continually taking pregnancy tests to make sure that they were still positive & to ensure that pink line kept getting darker. 😍 I should own shares with “FIRST RESPONSE” due to all the money I spent on their tests.😂 Then I rented a Doppler so that I could obsessively keep checking for a fetal heartbeat....👶

Been pregnant 4 years in a row (Irish quads) not that big of a deal. What matters the most is how well each baby is taken care of.

I am just so excited for y’all! I wish I could have more babies! I had two and we decided to not have anymore. It was the best decision for us as a family but there is no better feeling than being pregnant and knowing your body is growing an amazing human ♥️

Congratulations on baby #4!!!! I know you are a good Mom and very intelligent Tara. It makes me wonder why you would choose "diet" over regular lemon aid? It was so frustrating when Aaryn would choose this all the time! I would never use the fake chemical sugar not being pregnant, and even more so if I were pregnant! I remember how my doctor warned me to drink bottled filter water and even using eye drops goes to your baby. Even your creamers you buy are full of sugar and chemicals. I realize you probably don't want to hear my advice, but just giving it to you out of love and concern. Take it or leave it.

Soon you’ll be struck with the morning / day / night sickness which was terrible for me this time around! I had to get a prescription after it left me in bed so sick and no appetite but it made me beyond tired, so I didn’t take it after the 1st dose. Wishing you the best 🤣

I’m 4 weeks 6 days today with baby number 3 and literally did this same kind of grocery trip yesterday. Stocking up on all the carbs in anticipation of the nausea to come!
The tests that say how many weeks you are has to be ordered from out of the country. For some reason, the US doesn’t sell them. I found out I was pregnant in March and wanted to get one but it would have come from UK via Amazon but I didn’t want to wait lol

Yes I noticed when my girls were younger that if I gave them certain things with lots of sugar or artificial flavors or color they would be so hyper and almost have like a energy dump after they calmed down. It was hard to cut some things out but definitely helps.
Also, after seeing you talk about perfect bars a while back I tried them. I absolutely love them.

For the girls. When they eat in car. You should get a little plastic basket from like dollar tree. Like something that you would use to organize that doesn’t have separators. But like just looks like a box kind of. I have seen moms do it. Look on Pinterest. But anyways the put the kids food in the container and they can have all food right there to eat.

The hyperness from those muffins probably comes from the artificial dyes in them! The Aldi brand ones have colors from natural sources if you want to try those instead! Who watches the kids when you go grocery shopping?
