This book is very precious indeed, but when I listened to it, I felt depressed because I can't fulfil what's is required, especially staying all day in communion with God and humility, do you think it fits people who are live in world that have a family, friends and life career OR it is issued for ascetic people or moncks who have dedicated all their life to God.
Make your thoughts your prayers. For god made your mind and knows your thoughts and the thoughts behind your thoughts before you think them anyway. You don't have to live in a monastery to be in constant prayer. You can do it! ❤
