Encarna la dignidad y las ansias de libertad y justicia de la gente de la Quinta Región, la búsqueda de hermosura y hermandad. Este tremendo grupo resilente de CONGRESO se aguantó y resistió los diecisiete años de plomo quedándose y haciendo música en la región. Pancho y Congreso son parte de la columna vertebral y del ñeque, germinal y luminoso, de nosotros, los porteños. Gracias, hermanito charrúa, por traer este gran tema de Nano Stern...
