Hello, I feel like you are a motherly figure to me, and I sincerely thank you for your guidance. After watching your video and following your massage techniques, most of my body pains have reduced a lot. I am so grateful for your help and care. I wanted to ask for your advice on a couple of issues. I am experiencing severe hair fall due to seborrheic dermatitis and an autoimmune condition. It is also genetic, which has made it more challenging to manage. Despite trying many treatments, I haven’t seen much improvement. You suggested Varun Mudra and nail rubbing techniques, which I am practicing regularly. But I would like to know if there are any other remedies, like massage therapy or acupressure, that could help. In addition, I have persistent pain in my shoulder blade (scapula) area. If you know any specific massage techniques, acupressure points, or other therapies to reduce this pain, please share them. Both these problems are affecting me a lot, and I believe your suggestions will help. Please include these topics in your upcoming video, as your explanations are always clear and easy to follow. Thank you so much for your continuous support and care. I truly value your guidance.
