Woh city sy bht dur hy but bht sastay plots offer kiay gaiy jis ki wajah sy bht logo ny plots liay. Jab installments complete huien to plot ki payment sy ziada development charges lga diay jis sy total plot ki price bht ziada ho Gai. Example k tor pr 10 marla ki plot ki installment 13000 rakhi aur development charges 67000 per month lga diay gaiy. Har koi plot sale krna chah raha hy but wo sale bhi nhi hta.....

Since the 90s, when I first saw you on PTV, you've been my ideal personality. I watch all your TH-cam videos, though I haven't interacted directly. As a fan of your ideology, I stand with you. I understand your call for unity among Pakistanis. You possess vast knowledge. Since 1947, we've been plagued by a deadly virus. Initially, we understood the role of the British government, but after August 14, 1947, we became slaves to that understanding. Our judicial system operates under outdated British laws. Every government official is appointed by MPs and MNAs, resulting in every Pakistani department being infected. I challenge anyone to show me a Pakistani official department that operates honestly according to Pakistani law; I doubt one exists. Malik Riaz is already facing issues; however, I don't know who's involved currently. Remember, by challenging Malik Riaz, you're challenging the entire Pakistani political and judicial establishment. You're alone without a proper plan, as you've suggested rewriting Pakistan's constitution. In my opinion, we only have one choice: "MALIK."

Asher Bhai, I’ve been a big fan of yours since my childhood. We are proud Pakistanis who love our land, our people, and our customs. However, it deeply saddens me to say that Pakistan is no longer a good place to live. Every department is plagued with corruption and fraud. As we go from childhood to old age, things only seem to get worse. We don’t even know if the food we eat or the medicines we buy are safe. Everything-from water, milk, vegetables, to fruit-is of questionable quality. Life here feels like living in a jungle, where anyone can kill another without consequence. No one follows the law, and with enough money and power, even a murderer can be declared innocent. Sadly, I see no hope for improvement.

ہمارا پلاٹ بھی بحریہ پنڈی میں موجود تھا لیکن بعد میں پتہ چلا کہ پلاٹ اب پلاٹ نہیں رہا تو بہت حیرانی ہوئی پنڈی بحریہ کے پراپرٹی ڈیلرز سے بات کی تو انہوں نے بتایا کہ یہ معاملہ کئی پلاٹ مالکان سے ہو چکا ہے زیادہ تر اوورسیز پاکستانی سے اور انہوں نے مشورہ دیا کہ آپ عدالت جائیں لیکن دماغ استمعال کیا اور عدالت جانے کی بجائے معاملہ دوسری طرح سے حل کروا لیا اگر عدالت چلے جاتے تو نہ اگلے 20 سال پلاٹ ملتا اور جیب سے پیسے بھی لگاتے اس لیے میرا مشورہ یہی ہے کہ ریفرنس ڈالو اور پلاٹ لے لو بہتر جگہ عدالت جانے کی بےوقوفی مت کرنا

In 2021, my best friend purchased land in the Malakan Agency with proper registry, but he is still unable to take possession of his land. Despite having legal documents and some form of backup, he continues to struggle for his own land. I have personally witnessed and experienced this ordeal alongside him.
Most of the housing societies are fraud. People in mardan purchased plots in monthly installments and completed instalments in 2012 but they are deprived of their plots. They don't give possession saying it's stayed in court

I agree with your observations and thank you for bringing them to my attention. In Fazaia Lahore Society Phase 1, it feels like landlords in army uniforms are running civilian offices, holding full management and administration by PAF officials, which seems unfair-similar to the situation in DHA.
There should be shared management, but unfortunately, many of our people lack awareness of foreign systems and the differences between them. They accept the status quo, despite Pakistan having some of the highest taxes in the world.
There are many things I would like to share with you. Next time, I will provide more details. I've been a resident of Oman since 1981.

Ashir Bhai 1 year ago my son passed away and when I applied for leave unfortunately my passport was expired a month ago there is a law that you can extend your passport for one year for emergency traveling so that day was Saturday and there was holiday in Pakistan embassy Riyadh I called the helpline and a person replied to me that today is holiday it's your mistake your son passed away come to embassy tomorrow it's not our issue
Tragic tell of Pakistani embassies about their horrible working. They still treat people like we are colonized.

Requesting a slight clarification please l; as to when did you join the civil services in Pakistan. As per my understanding you joined the services in late 1980s but in one of your videos; I heard you mentioning that at the time of joining the service you had a difficult time making a choice about the department you wanted to join as you were considering police, DMG and customs. Then you met a senior bureaucrat who told you that you must join customs since DMG is nothing more that a rubber stamp in the wake of reforms enforced by Gen. Musharraf. There is some disconnect here because Musharraf came to power in 1999 while the period in question here must be around 1988 i.e. good about 10 years before Musharraf assumed power.

The affected being overseas USC and Canadian national must lodge complsony in nternational court and Govy of Pakistan must be made party.They should engage some good attorney.

Being a Canadian citizen, you can route your complaint against BAHRIA Town for possession, through designated Canadian Embassy at Islamabad. ( Suggestion)
MALIK RIAZ started as qabza group and has now grown into biggest land developer. Bahria Enclave does not has NOC from CDA. As this society Bahria Enclave is made on occupied land of local people through his cronies of land Mafia. This land Mafia/ qabza group is entrenched in Land Revenue department ( tehsildar, patwar circle). I am a direct victim of his criminal acts.
