We present our ECONOMY AND FINANCE lessons!
CAPITALISM - Economic Systems of the World - ECONOMY AND FINANCE *
As a dominant economic system in the world today, capitalism sprang from the belief that the invisible hand of selfish interest will ultimately bring greater prosperity for one and all. Today, we witness mass inequality across the world, yet the flame of capitalism burns bright.
We present an analysis of the key aspects of this system.

Capitalism is fundamentally issue of assets ownership and distribution. It is a system of economic enterprise based on market exchange. In this system the means of production are largely in private hands and the main incentive for economic activity is the collection of profits.
In slang, capitalism is known as market economy. The goods sold and the prices they are sold at are depend on demand and supply. In such a system, all people are free to buy, sell and make a profit.
Understanding these 10 points is important for understanding in detail-
1- Use of physical units for economic production like raw materials, factories etc.
2- Factors of production ( land, labour, capital, enterprise) are controlled by private enterprises.
3-Capital goods and consumer goods- A capital good is any good deployed to help increase future production. The most common capital goods are property, plant and equipment,. Consumer goods are any goods that are not capital goods; they are goods used by consumers and have no future productive use.
4-Primary and secondry factors- Primary factors include land, labor and capital goods applied to production. Secondary factors include materials and energy. (because they are obtained from land, labor and capital
    )
5-Normal profits and economic profit- Normal profit for small indusries and economic for IT giants and particular enterprise.
6-The Accumulation of Capital- Investment of money to creat profit and try to increase the value of initial investment to the maximum level possible
7- Wage labour- The labour sale of worker under an employment contract.
8-Competitive market- Fair competition among lots of sellers. For fair trade practices COMPITITION COMMISION of INDIA has beeb established in 2003. It consists of Chairperson and 6 Members appointed by Central Government.
    9-Private property
    - Private property rights are central to a capitalist economy, its execution and its legal defenses. Capitalism is built on the free exchange of goods and services between different parties, and nobody can rightfully trade property they do not own.
10- Market economy- A capitalist system and a free market system are both economic environments that are based on the supply and demand. But capitalism is focused on the creation of wealth and ownership of capital and factors of production, whereas a free market system is focused on the exchange of wealth, or goods and services.
I'm a ssc-cgl aspirant and i tried to type as much as i could and tried to make the most of the first half of this session. This was my first essay in english.

Very complicated explaination. Basic concept pehle batana chaiye. not definitions. To much verbose. Irritable at times subject and explaination.
