I've recently discovered pointed cabbage through Riverford's website; I'd never seen or heard of them before that. I really like the sweetness and texture of them as cabbages go, so will be giving your kimchi recipe a try.

Great!! it is sweeter and soft, when I make kimchi, taste so good. These days I don't bother with Chinese cabbages, they are difficult to get hold of. Hope you like it. Let me know if you need any question.

Thanks Liezl, yes sugar is main material to cause lots of chronic disease, so please do not use it. And you have coconut sugar in Philippines so that sugar is fine. Use coconut oil for cooking (I am jealous you can have fresh and nice quality of coconut oil, coconut water, coconut milk). They are super good so use them plz. Thanks again, stay safe and happy! oxox
