Innovating for the Environment: Havre De Grace

Havre De Grace, Maryland has implemented a holistic plan to deal with stormwater and flooding in their waterfront city. Underwood & Associates designed and constructed regenerative projects upstream in the city all the way to the shoreline. It has been very successful in controlling flooding and given the community access to green space and Bay access.
