I need to clean out my fridge too, have not cleaned for a while now. Thanks for sharing real life with us. Your priorities are where they are supposed to be, your children. You also have a household full of little people, who take up a lot of time and energy. Some Jamaicans are obsessed with a clean house to the exclusion of relating to people around them.

Glad to see you and looking forward to seeing you in person 🙏🏾🙏🏾. Store in airtight containers inside mylar bags with oxygen absorbers, can also store rice the same way and use bay leaves. My friend was at that business event she recently moved from the U.K to Jamaica she said it was the best decision she made for her children.

Aww thank you and same here 🥰. Thanks for the tips. We are definitely gonna try that out. 🙏 I was thinking it would be nice to have a UK JA linkup. 🤔☺️❤️There’s a few families that have made the move..

Hi family, my husband don't celebrate father's day too ,as what you said it is a everyday thing. My friend in Santa cruz was at the diaspora she said it was lovely she operated some ab and b in Santa. I hope to be at the diaspora next year too if all is well.

I cook a big pot of garbanzo, or gungu/pigeon pees, sometimes curry the garbanzo, and freeze them to last for my lunch and dinner for two weeks. This saves me a lot of time because I am very tired when I get home from work. I mainly eat fish and occasionally chicken every few months. I'm trying to get off of chicken.

Thanks for sharing. That’s the ideal. 🙏 Nothing lasts that long in our household lol. We would need to cook two big pots…industrial size 😂
