ONE HOUR TO LEARN TO BACKFLIP A JUMP BIKE!!

The boys have been smashing the MTB progression. At the playground and at Woburn Bike Park dirt jumps. Me, Ben and Jamie went to Adrenaline Alley which is one of the main skateparks for mountain bike and BMX in the UK, and perfect for learning new tricks on jumps. Ben was riding my dirt jump bike instead of his usual brakeless BMX - but I couldn't believe the tricks he's able to do on a big bike around the skatepark. The main objective was teaching Jamie how to backflip a hardtail. I can't wait to see him land it. Enjoy,
