I think they are well designed and constructed. Poor maintenance is what leads to the problems you see in this video. The filters are supposed to be cleaned @ certain intervals but because they are hidden they are neglected until the machine breaks down 😂.
@@green-crocs-fixes1520 I can believe that. I vacuum my filters every couple of weeks. It keeps the appliance working at optimum & I really look after my stuff try to keep it like new. I watched one where the guy filmed removing all the transit bolts in real time. I skimmed along the video. Your's are very well filmed and edited with perfect commentary. You are a great teacher. 🙂
You should've replaced the bearings on the fan blower motor. Just lubricating with oil won't work for long. They are easily replaceable, type 609z if I'm not mistaken. Anyway, good job!
Ready excellent run through how to access the workings of the dryer. I can start on mine. Two pointe, no mention of the screws being hex headed. No list of diagnostic settings, but 5 * anyway.
pink stuff is great. I used the cream to quickly remove 2 clash marks on new plastic casing on my dehumidifier/ air purifier. I tried everything but only the pink stuff cream removed them in seconds.
Great video, our AEG tumble dryer is also not drying properly and we clean and vacuum the filters very often. Is it also an option to blow through the condensor with compressed air?
I have an Electrolux dryer that is not heating properly. I see the heating unit of the condensor (those metal plates) are lined with lint. Can I clean it the same way as you do on the unit in your video?
Hi Amirthaa, you can try Vacuuming the lint with your Hoover with the brush attachment when the unit is dry. My method is not recommend and only executed as this machine had been heavily not maintained and discarded. Regards.
Hi i have heatpump dryer and its not condensing not collecting any water gets warm in drum compressor is working evaporator isnt getting cold anything i can do to get it working all filters and evaporator fins are clean too, could do with some help thanks

Hi HollanData, sounds like an issue with the Pump, possibly a blockage or malfunction. Check the Red and Clear popes are not blocked. You can see these at 5:20. Otherwise remove the Pump as it is probably clogged up. Regards.
Hi again, İ willl try to clean this red pope as you did, first i will start the test mode and mode 3, than put pink thing to clear. İ will trey this first time :) wish me good luck. Do i need to pay attention anything in thisnprocess?
"Hey Siri" What is a Condenser Tumble Dryer ? A condenser tumble dryer collects moisture from your wet clothes in a container, sometimes referred to as a reservoir, which is located within the dryer itself. This tank collects the water and when it's full you simply have to empty it. Instead of venting it through an outside wall.
@ this does condense water but this is a heatpump dryer meaning it doesn’t have a heating element but instead a heat exchanger. The front one cools the air and condenses it and the back one heats up the air
Hi. My Elektrolux dryer heats but does not cool. The problem is that the laundry is hot and the water tank is empty. The compressor gets very hot. I would be grateful for a hint
@@green-crocs-fixes1520 The Fan did not rotate, because the grease in the bearings soldified!!! Make new Grease inside the bearings, NOW NO PROBLEM; YOUR VIDEO HELP ME; THANK YOU SIR!
You would think these dryers would be constructed so as not to allow all that build up inside. Thank you for showing us this.

Hi Bostel,
yes try cleaning with compressed air.
i the unit warm to the touch at the back where the Fan is located ?
@@green-crocs-fixes1520 I didn't check the temperature of the back side of the machine yet.
@@Bostel83 OK suggest letting it run for about 15 minutes then check. Could be the Dan not spinning due to a Capacitor 😀.

possibly a Moisture Sensor or the unit may require a Gas refill.

Hi Maciej,
sounds like a blockage in the Pump or it’s Pipes, also a major build up of Lint/Fluff within the Condenser unit will obstruct the drainage.
