A really cute idea for the scrapbook would be to use 1 as a scrapbook made by your original characters! you could draw/color "selfies" as if the characters took them, add things they would like and decorate them all cute with fun paper, maybe even handwritten notes that your characters would write. you could even use 1 or 2 characters who you think would be friends, like the girls from your diamond paintings. you could draw them reading, cooking, eating, out with friends, shopping, etc. i would love to see some pretty art with cool backgrounds to look like an anime

I want to do a Diamond Artwork in memory of my mom who died in February 2021 from Leukemia Cancer while in a comatose state of mind. This way my family can have it as a way of remembering her. She loved doing arts & crafts since she was a young child in the 1950s.

Wow that first box is an amazing deal! Daniel Smith watercolors are super expensive! Also the liquitex heavy body acrylics are pricey; they're used for acrylic pouring i think. What a fun box!
Liquitex heavy body acrylics are not good for acrylic pour…you would have to thin it down so much! Heavy body acrylics are really expensive. For acrylic pour you’re better to buy specific easy flow paints 🥰

I noticed you mention how those watercolors were small, but they’ll last for quite a while. I use less paint when doing watercolor than I tend to for acrylics, but I also don’t paint as often as I’d like. 15 mL of a color (which looks close to the same size as those) will last me for years. And watercolor blocks are great - so much easier than stretching a sheet on a board. I love the idea of a blind box of art supplies! So much cool stuff to try out.
Every item is SO. NICE. It's very hard for me to wrap my western mind around the concept of Fukubukuro. A first I thought it's similar to the concept of a "bundle" where the give you a bag full of duds along with maybe one or two nice items as a way to for the merchant to get rid of last years' stock. But after watching so many fukubukuro unboxing videos I realized that's not the case at all. The merchants work so hard to make everything in the bags are gems. Japan really is a scam-free society 🤣🤣🤣

Happy New Year, Minori! The white and the black one of those inks should be waterfast and opaque if I remember right, but the others aren't. I got some of those myself, just not all ^^. The range of watercolour crayons looks nice :3 The DS primateks are really quite the lucky pick - they cost like 7-12 € per tube and even if they are small they last like ages, becausr they're soo pigmented (like most of the highest artist range paints like DS, Schmincke, Snennelier and so on are )
5:25 you can always have a hard surface cardboard or something under the paper sheet, when you color them with any material, ink, colors, crayon...etc, to reduce chances of setting paints to the underneathe papers. obviously, you need to be sure after coloring the paper isn't too porous to leave stains on your cardboard...just an idea. also prevent indent on the next paper underneathe as well.
Oh, the Totoro looks awesome! Maybe more Totoros for the smaller ones inside? I mean there's that giant one in the film, smaller ones that still got the breast markings and stuff and then the real chibi ones that are almost as small as the soot sprites from Spirited Spirited Away. And you could put Satsuki and Mei in as well, or one that looks like the Cat bus 😁
Thank god, one of my youtubers reviews the lucky bags. I was counting on Sharla, but nope. Thanks Minori, vou didn't disappoint. And the sketchbook with the glued pages is for aquarell/ watercoulorpainting. It prvents the pages from wrinkling.
I had the nesting dolls as a kid. Russian Nesting Box/Doll is what they're called. Never seen them in egg shape before. The ones I had were painted in traditional Russian clothes. 👍
17:22 This series is called Love Patrina, I would have died if saw Precure and Love patrina in that bag!!! Anyway the series is about 4 girls that transform using the love pat shuffle, It's basically a card shuffler were each card makes them transform, or get a special mode such a cat mode where each card helps them distract the villain with their attacks!! It's really good
This was a fun video! I love watching folks unboxing and unbagging their lucky bags! Always fun to see what goodies people get. This was my first time seeing art lucky boxes. The $120 one was amazing! It's perfect for you, since you paint a lot! The scrapbook one was honestly disappointing. They should have swapped some of the scrapbooks and added a book of stickers with some generic sayings and maybe some ribbon or gem stickers... Maybe a decorative hole punch or two. It just felt lazy and uninspired. =( The last art box was really good too! I like when you can see a proper theme played out in a box; where everything goes together. That's why I was upset at how much of a miss the 2nd box was. There was so much potential for a great box and it was just wasted! I'd have a lot of fun putting themed art boxes together. 🤣 The Toys R Us bag was cool too. I want that gem decorating thing! It really does seem like a lot of fun, and the adhesion is super impressive! Also, can't wait til you get to 1m subscribers! You have any plans for what you'll do to celebrate?

As for the triangle canvas, you can do a slice of pizza, or the Egyptian pyramid, or maybe cute Pokémons in young baby forms to an evolution forms.
