I don't know about kayak... but of course you can't miss a gondola ride! And yes, there's the sunset time as well, we went on that time, but as it was winter, the sky wasn't one of the bests, but in summer you'll surely enjoy an even better sunset if you can go in summer. And I hope you can have an opportunity to visit Murano and its glass art!
