Amar Prasad, I think you have cleverly left out or avoided the politics of the whole issue of NDTV. The acquiring NDTV shares by subsidiary group of Adani was going on since sept 2021 or even earlier. There were confirmed reports about this. ( I am avoiding the sources deliberately). One more thing was NDTV shares was quoted just Rs45 to 55 around that time or earlier when deal was in fact about to be stuck.. Then slowly rumors' started of take over by Adani in view of the same shares prices started slowly increasing. In between through bullying by some sources & to arrest further increase of the shares & its increasing costs to Adani groups companies. Then finally things started to move at fast pace. All these are like MATCH FIXING by certain topmost business houses & to fix NDTV promoters in their criminal acts in various already facing trails.
