You can capture video on Xbox up to the previous 5 minutes. But all your going to get on these types of games are people who have no concept of racing. Iracing and pc is the way to go but not with a mediocre arcade nascar game. I played 4 with a wheel and found it completely inaccurate
Shaun Gomez ya Iracing is for the way to go with NASCAR but I enjoy the formula 1 games over Iracing for that just unfortunate NASCAR heat isn’t as good
They really need to make the sponsors bigger for the custom cars, and add an option to add sponsors on the quarter panel & even have options for contingency stickers. Also add number outline color options.

How is that any different from Madden, FIFA, NHL, NBA 2K, MLB The Show etc. over the last 6 years or so? You have to remember they're releasing the game earlier this year to put more time and effort into NASCAR Heat 6 for the next gen consoles. I imagine that's why cost went up too, in hopes they will make more money to put towards the next game.
here's my problem with this, now i'm ok with other racing series on here and all, but i'd really like it if they added Modifieds, ARCA and some Late Model racing
You should do a season(if possible) of a retro season. Like do the exact season of the 1995 season(tracks that exist or no longer exist) Thatd be cool.
Exactly??? There’s a completely new camera angle, a whole new game mode, and upgraded burnout feature. Exactly means a carbon copy. This game is similar.
I know how dumb this sounds but the one thing that steers me away from the Heat series is the inability to adjust the FOV in cockpit view and turn the on-screen wheel off lol. The hardcore sim racer in me just can't race in the default FOV. Any word on if they added those features to Heat 5?
I cant play it without an FOV slider either. I switched to a widescreen for racing and Heat 4 looks like complete arse. Half the screen is filled up with side netting and the ugly looking hands and wheel.
@@wavehopper4183 Yeah I agree. I know it might be a niche thing that the masses don't care about. But the sim racing community is huge and I think anyone that plays with a wheel and sim rig would appreciate it. The Heat series could reach a bigger audience if they'd make it a little more sim friendly. I'm actually pretty annoyed that the console release of ACC doesn't have FOV settings. It's 100% geared towards sim racers so I was surprised that it doesn't.
Ill buy it if they make the damage physics real and if they make it so u control when u are on pit road and not if u pull into pit road u go into ur pits. U should have the option to pit or not to pit.
Simply seeing the fully customizable schedule and the season-long championship option makes me very VERY glad I pre-ordered the game. I'm very surprised that wasn't in the initial advertising, because those are features that'd get people hyped!
You get some amazing tight tracks in Australia, then you get some of the old cars in there or some of the modern cars, and you got yourself some really good videos xD
Hi so I just got wreckfest on pc (on steam) I downloaded mods for it but everytime I try to us them they crash nascar legends very track pack are the 2 mods do you know what the problem could be

If you look under "Number Fill" it says "Number Shadow Fill" which I assume is the number outline

I'm just happy that Jeff Gordon's spotter is the main in this game. In Heat 4 it was for Gold edition only
