Still, I was determined to work my way back by going to community college (something that in my previous attitude I would have probably never gone near). Because of my experience I no longer saw my intellect as paramount, I just thoroughly enjoyed making use of it again. I ended up genuinely admiring a lot of the middle-aged women coming back from divorce, who fought to educate themselves even when it was a struggle. So I found myself helping them study for tests, and encouraging them and helping them see their extraordinary strength. Now I am trying to advocate for others dealing with chronic illness, but from a standpoint of using the downtime for personal growth, transformation and self-connection. Although I have strong opinions, I don’t seek to impose them on anyone unless they show an interest. I prefer modeling behavior rather than telling others how they should be living their lives. If they want to make use of my hard-won wisdom in their own lives, so be it, but I don’t feel a need to impose my viewpoints unless a genuine interest is shown. I prefer a gentler approach, although I can’t deny a genuine passion for amplifying the voices of those who may feel voiceless, as I have had periods of my life where I genuinely felt that way myself. Because my energy is more kind, loving, mystical with psychic abilities pile 3 fit better in many ways, particularly in how others are affected by my energy. Even if initially they are primarily excited by my ideas and intellectual acumen, they quickly discover what a kind , loving person I am and I am quickly seen as wife material, although because of health challenges I have to be quite selective of who I let in, and I definitely have had to lean into the rest and rejuvenation process. I did want to ask... regarding a comment you made around minute 40. Things that seem unattractive to you in men and you mentioned guys that are non-chalant and try to mask their feelings. Is it a pattern you observed or just an impulsive judgement bc somehow you felt rejected? I ask this bc I'm a woman and reside more in my masculine energy. So I've been on both sides of that with different partners. I tend to be stoic and reserved. For a while my partner thought I was pretending to not care. In reality it was be being the introvert I am it takes a while for ppl to gain my trust and be able to be vulnerable. I get there a lot of emotionally immature men but somehow I empathise bc of how I am. Sometimes ppl assume things based from their perception but don't communicate. I think its important to find out our infividual and partners love language/ communication styles bc it really is crazy how misunderstandings arise from the smallest things 😅. Hmm, I actually relate to what you said. I am also more on the reserved side in the beginning of relationships until I feel like I can trust someone and let my walls down. I’ve had one person think that was my way of showing disinterest too, but it wasn’t. I don’t think it’s exactly the same thing, but there is a very fine line. I have seen a handful of guys and gals who I believe intentionally try to hide feelings. Especially with behaviors like “if it takes them an hour to text back, I’ll take two hours”.
