    Would you be able to do a video for those who have chronic health problems that modern medicine doesn't have an answer or cure for? This can cause genuine health anxiety, because of having to manage life long symptoms every day and having very little effective treatment options available along with not having the help needed from doctors to recover. It can be very isolating and traumatising. Conditions e.g. MS, lupus, Sjogrens, RA, fibromyalgia, CFS/ME, MND, Parkinson's etc.

    I do struggle with health anxiety I worry about being diabetic without knowing which was triggered by a scary hunger experience. I felt very unwell and anxious. I worry about cancer from pains in my stomach aswell. I think it doesn’t help with the tabloids writing very scary articles on people having pain then dying from cancer. I find this very unhelpful.

      Yes adverts saying if you have a symptom for 3 weeks go to your doctor plus every other advert on TV is to do with cancer!

      Don't read the tabloids or anything negative!
      Have a running dialogue with yourself, in your head, that continuously says you are
      HAPPY, HEALTHY & PROSPEROUS! 💜

    So many adverts tell you to go see a dr if youve had symptoms for 3 weeks. Make you hyper vigilant. Plus not wanting to go to dr incase it is something like cancer.
