From the the offices concerned:
NTC- no violation
BIR- no violation
SEC- no violation
The ads that were not aired: we have aired the national ads but we had problems witb the local ones so ABS-CBN have provided refunds to the president, which have been received by the president himself.
The senator Trillianes ad: all media outlets, including GMA and TV5 have shown these ads.
So why is it that ABS-CBN still hit with these claims? Simple answer, a because the president hates constructive criticism and he may talk tough, but he's clearly can't handle the criticism.
Only Abs cbn aired thats political ads dahil nahuli kasi ang TRO sa korte kaya ang GMA nag back out na hindi na nila ipalabas ang politicals ads

As per Gov't. Agency said no irregularity done by ABS-CBN sure franchise will be renewed. Only DDS are unhappy to the outcome of investigation by the Senate. Good luck abs-cbn right/true/good will always prevail.
