I told my wife about this game the next morning and I said the big thing I noticed was Deion was not jumping around and smiling at the end of the game. He went about his business like he knew his business. He didn't need to take joy in the outcome, he already knew how it was going to end... He already had the Nebraska game running in his mind.

I love that Rich can give a deeper insight into Prime than almost anyone else. He worked with him for so long that he truly knows him. I think that's the reason Coach Prime is so misunderstood, because people don't truly know him and how he's wired. You have to already see great, before you can pursue greatness. Coach Prime is more than a Football coach. He is a father to his biological sons and to other young males on and off the field after games. The recruiting vortex Deion Sanders is funneling toward CU is going to be immense. I can already sense the onset of panic in coaching circles given Travis Hunter and the energy shift in general. Good luck stealing a defensive back recruit from Deion Sanders - let alone others who want to be a part of his mindset.

I think hes why Chris collinsworth started actually doing the job. He used to come in without even watching the games reciting one liners from the teleprompter I'm guessing hungover and high. I've been a Deion fan since he played at Florida State University, but I also know Oregon, USC, Utah, are the real contenders for a National Champion. out of the PAC 12. If Colorado can have a winning season, that would be beyond amazement. Soon you will see back to back losses, how will the coaches, players and Colorado's fan base handle that? Try and remember its the losses that can destroy a team, or its coaches. No coach entry the season thinking that at the end they will have a losing season, but they do, and the odds say Colorado will NOT have a winning season let alone win a National Championship. Deion, Colorado football teammates, and the fans have both hands around the Kool-Aid barrel, and soon enough it will fall from their hands, and the only question will be "what do we do now". Truth be told, its the next two years that will tell all of us that really knows college football, if Colorado is going to be a pretender or a contender.
