He took it down. Some time later, he was again invited at Nomanistan and by surprise attacked and easily defeated by the v. X9. The 07 is only shown on the digital blueprint diagram that Bob sees on his message-tablet-thingy Mirage left in his office. So it didn't exist. Omnidroid 10 is that schematic machine that appeared in Syndrome's plan. And then you have the vast Omnidroid that attacked Municiberg, the place where Incredibles live. It has some differences with the number 10, which THEREFORE doesn't count either. So 9 were made. I doubt they 'eated' meat or something.
