In Vegas its called TechniColor3Strip, then you just need to play with amount of contrast like normal is 1.000 but I got it on 0.400. also added little bit of brightness. Enjoy and I hope it helps ;)
If you look closer you will find out I was actually in the gold and it would be mine but unfortunately if you know tanki its just a bug. Usually i dont get these type of clips where I flew trough the gold in the video but I liked that clip so I put it in there.
