- I've been thinking a lot about this topic as many bird owners struggle with their birds and their fear of water. Commonly, many birds hate bathing and they actually never take a bath. I decided to show you these 6 ways on how I bathe my birds. The most efficient is 1st way - using a spray bottle 😃 my ringneck, zebra finches, budgies, and cockatiels like this way, or sometimes they would just dip their head in the drinking bottle 😆

Seeing Tesla Bath reminds me of my green ringneck💚she was so tamed and loved by everyone of my family✨️we used to open the shower and put the cage below it, and she used to spread her wings and bath, like she was dancing in the rain😌 She's in another world now💔if she was with us now, she would be 10 years old🌼

Thank you so much for this video! Sadly, I've tried these methods so much but my two parakeets never take bathes on their free time or when I try to give them one, so I try not to force them to take one when they don't want to, but I don't know what else I can do. I do have an attachable bath that I clean out everyday, and sit near the medium half of cage, and its always filled with fresh lukewarm water.
You can always most them with a spray bottle.

@Denny the Budgie can you please tell if we can put the green stuff with water filled fully in pots except of steel utensils? Because whenever I keep the utensils they become hard to be washed and cleaned. **Pots will be of depth of quarter size of the budgies in which my budgies can take bath if they can, the length of it is gonna be double just like a small bowl**

My lovebirds love running water in the sink. Whenever they hear it, they come flying. But if that isn't an option, then they like a bowl of water.
But regardless, they absolutely hate a mister.

Hi, how do I bathe my budgies because I've tried the spray bottle, they were scared of it, I've tried giving them an actual bath, they only drank out of it and I tried giving them a shallow dish but they didnt go anywhere near it.
try spraying water on them, even if they're scared. They'll eventually love it.

My mom uses the hand method but my older budgies (we have babies 😁) still dont really stay still so she kind of holds them so they dont escape but im kind of worried, is it okay to wash them like that?

@Denny the Budgie - Need your help! One of my birds got Neem Oil on his feathers... I tried using some soap water to remove it. It did remove some, and he doesn't seem to be affected, but there's still some oil left on his feathers... would you recommend using soap again? If not, pls suggest solution...
No, don't use soap or shampoo in budgie's body, it may cause infection. Always clean them with fresh water, they're so small, they may get harmed. You should better clean him properly with luke warm water or normal water. If your budgie gets any infection or injury you better get an appointment with a vet
