nilah is the most overloaded shit ive ever seen. she gets armor pen and lifesteal (and vamp on her Q) for free for building crit, a jax dodge on a super short cooldown, gets a further heal from using her ultimate, and of course gives an exp bonus to her lane partner so they inevitably take the level lead
