So poor Colchester!! How many sending offs in the last 4 games. You are being paid for discipline and getting red cards means you are throwing away points and heading for relegation. The manager is asking you all to be self disciplined and you are letting him down and the fans!! Another very poor disgraceful shambolic turnout!!!
