Good faculty experienced and research oriented - not fooling around with some new b schools flaunting ceo to teach which ifmr has indulged in bringing ceo to teach but that does not replace the quality of faculty is peak. you can verify my claim. IFMR has very experienced faculty, current chief economic advisor is former dean of IFMR 2. curriculum is excellent - Industry demanding skills which matter, many colleges for which package is 20 LPA do not have good curriculum they are still teaching old stuff not updating themselves . SIBM - data analytics as elective what is the point, it should have been integrated in core course. TISS won't add HR analytics as the main core course and gives last sem as elective which also covers basics. TISS, SIBM and few others have 24 LPA as package but IFMR is growing fast. 3. Finally lets talk abt Placements- Companies which came to IFMR are top notch - JP Morgan, RBI, World bank, Bank of america , BARCLAYS....... . it is imp to note that job profile and company are crucial for growth. what is the point of getting into bakwas company with 18LPA and have Bakwas job profile. IFMR may offer less package 12LPA but look at the company and job profile. All these factors place IFMR far far ahead in competition

IFMR better because it is well recognised among corporate and academicians. Whereas IMT nagpur will always be overlooked for being second to Ghaziabad. Secondly location is also not in their favour. So do your research well.
