CG keeps causing these crim nerfs for the entire server while mostly them just take a lot of advantage from it lol They were also the reason why NP introduced timers for seating people inside vehicles and trunks in 3.0. I remember early to mid 3.0 where people could just get instantly seated into vehicles. Same with a limit on cuff breaks. Because of Randy/Ramee breaking 10 in a row or something and getting away.
But we never see a PD nerf haha
ramee does this when his car flips to stall time so maybe that is why
