This corolla has a very dated 4 speed auto gearbox which came out in the 80s. It has been phased out everywhere else in the world and replaced with cvt except for Pakistan where it was done in 2023. 4 speed auto gives poor fuel economy while does not provide instant or good acceleration (higher gear ratios and gaps in between gears as a result of having only 4 gears). Pakwheels need to up their game with more professional and technically sound staff
Indeed and in general Japanese are still offering us obsolete products at very high prices, across the board Japanese cars are mostly obsolete in the global markets
My friend 4 speed transmission has its own benefits... old school model rules
@@talhanomani4861 yes they were durable but technology has to evolve my friend and in International market all manufacturers moved away from it to far more efficient next gen transmissions some 20 years ago.
I had this car for a few months, on long routes I got 16KM/L fuel economy at 120KM/H speed and in city 11-12KM/L. This car when new needs 0w20 engine oil.

I got 17km/liter from lahore to karachi and 16.5 km/liter on return trip on same car. I do use hi-octane only.

TOTALLY USELESS 🤔
Normal petrol par bhi 16 ki average deti hai 100 ki speed par. Maine kai bar test kia tank to tank.
Hi octane only gives benefits on higher compression engines not normal engines like these. Hi octane is waste if money
