- Yes. It finally happened. The update which we all wanted for soooo long is here. In my opinion, spread had a huge nerf, now it more of a destroyer than a bullet spammer lol. Pentashot stays the same-ish, stacked bullets are kinda helpful. One thing i can agree with is: the bullets are satisfying xD

you can still stack/scrips octo tanks, boosters, fighters, gunner trappers, tri-angles, and probably more.

This update is surprising. I just came back to diep.io it's been 2 years and wasn't expecting any updates what so ever. Wish the dev can come back I really want to see some new tanks and game modes added. Anyways keep the good work up my boiiiii

Whatever you might say bro but this update killed once a good tank "spreadshot" now diep is just filled with penta/overlord which u no lifers play all day, playing overlord in 2tdm scoring, the game wasnt fun after 2017 and is just getting worse with time no matter what the dev says or does he just makes the game worse with every update making the already negligible player count go down further, he fixed the lagbot problem but in return the whole game lags for most of the people playing on potato pc's so all in all he just made new lagbots while trying to fix the old ones lel

The game finally gets a update and its just changes to penta and spread shot. I wish we got a new tank or something but atleast we know that diep.io developers still know about the game and havent forgot about it so we might get a big update in the future.

My prediction for a new tank is a trapper branch that can go invisible bcs if u think about it there r 4 types of tanks in diep.io
1)bullet tank that can go invisible
(Stalker)
2)drone tank that can go invisible
(Manager)
3)smasher tank that can go invisible(landmine)
4)trapper tank that can go invisible (????)

spreadshot is little too much nerfed. It could to get little damage buff. Its easy to kill them with gunner.

Yep, manual stack spreadshot could easily stop a factory. Now.. it can’t do anything
actually fighters can haunt factory fairly well, just make sure you didnt get cornered and have enough bulspeed to catch from far

Hmm, I’m not sure how I feel about this update (bc I don’t play on PC), but by looking at it, I feel like it shouldn’t be nerfed, but yet it should, idk actually. But in my opinion, I feel like the penta is ok as it is, while the spreadshot, well, it should’ve have been nerfed bc due to the amount of hunters these days, people would often stack while hunting, so basically, penta is now ok, and spreadshot is mostly 50/50, depending on how you use it and how you play it, so yh, that’s my opinion :3
Penta was op before, now it got nerfed-ish but i agree with the rest ^^

I was thinking of quitting Diep.io, but this update gave me hope. I will continue playing diep, and hopefully improve, get some scores, and BEAT THE SH** OUT OF F-22 AND S-12!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was actually a change that I wanted. I use to try to time the balls to get them all to shoot at the same time. Now they did it for me.

Note: I am not a pro player and no one millions for me. But somehow, I found out that I am a pro at the new happy spreadshot. This new update made it so successful combined with its powerful bullets. In tag mode, my red team has only three tanks--me(spreadshot), a triplet and a pentashot(I call this the family team). The enemy fought us but with teamwork, we are unstoppable. And, alas, we made a turnaround, and guess, I got my highest score in the game. 346666! It is not high, but it proved that the new spreadshot is a good tank. Stop insulting it!

You can’t, to stop scripting, the dev had to remover manual stacking aswell

@@GLITCHERTM Yeah, it now looks satisfaction but it is worse than my stack 7 bullet alot, maybe worse than the old spread.And the penta is still normal, the old penta has some delay in the second shoot, but still like the new penta
And the stack is like a wall, the factory with me is a dog if I dont want to kill them quickly, i sometimes die cuz of that, sometimes cuz my habit, make light of my enemy, or boss near me

I think its good stacking isnt a thing, As far as im aware it should have never been a thing. The fact the developer had to update the game to stop stacking shows in itself it wasnt, either way im happy and its the change for the best. Manual stackers will just have to live without it :D

If there’re still scripters for it to revert back, then I would pay for it. I killed a multibox 2 spread script, and I killed 1, make the second one very low

The new update was for the benefit of overload branch players, because no matter how hard they tried, they couldn't stop professional manual stacking, glad the scripts are gone, but stacking with spreadshot would soon become the best diep tank. io. :( F

@@GLITCHERTM its generally bad but if upgraded hp, risky pentas sometimes die. Triple shot is also kinda good at killing droners.
