Mine took 3 times and each time after it, it still went to the "android is loading" screen, but the 3rd time it actually said "erasing data" and then after I let it finish the "android is loading" it actually loaded android. You would think 1 attempt would work, but if you don't get the "erasing data" screen with the large color changing circle animating, try it again.

Alas it is virtually impossible to do a hard reset to my phone as it is technically not powered off; it's stuck in a really annoying loop of restarting itself, failing, and restarting itself again, failing, and so on. Any tips and/or advice? I can't even tell what's going on with that thing. Anything suggestions that involve software on that phone are nullified as it can barely get past the lock screen before killing itself again. Can't even optimise apps.
The issue that you could be having is what is called an LG Loop problem. A lot of LG phone have a hardware issue that cause the phone to continuously reboot....henceforth...the term LG Loop Problem. (Google it) There is no cheap easy fix. Might be time to look at getting another phone.

I have been transfered an LG Pro Premier LTE. I just don't understand that after I did a factory recovery, I connected to a Wifi connection as it asked, but then it asked me to verify the PIN CODE. I think reset the phone back to the factory status will erase everything including the PIN code set before. Please help me to solve this problem. Thank you!

a trick: you can watch movies on Kaldrostream. Been using them for watching loads of movies during the lockdown.
