I mean, for all we know, she might try and hurt Micheal and William cause she might blame William for her death and blame Micheal for Evan's death. On top of that, Lizzy might try and find her mother which means, they might do something to everyone who lives in the house.
Will might have a split personality or multiple personality disorder or bipolar wouldn’t be surprising given the trauma he’s been through so it would make sense.
I kind remind Ukyo from anime and otome amnesia. Where he got split personality from all the deaths he experienced then other decided if I can’t this girlfriend then on one can. His girlfriend eventually made friends the his other personality though.
