I don’t think we will ever see an era like this ever again at the warriors . Anderson knew what he wanted from players and knew how to get it . He installed physicality in bucket loads and he could spot talent from miles away . He believed in young players and set them all up to achieve in the game . These days the club needs an overhaul in every single department and they would do well to have Anderson on board in any capacity . Ray warren once said people had forgotten just how good the warriors of this era were . The sad thing is that the game is all about money for the players now and they have all gone soft .
