General content? Maybe replace Hydrad then put Fleur and Bethel on same team. Only use Hydrad against bosses and Calamity Codex. Also he is not auto-friendly aurorian (all double chainer).
2 years late to the party lmao but anyway, for a free unit, Regal is pretty good considering he's being compared to not just one of the most broken water dps units, but one of the most broken units overall. Bro is 99% damage, 1% OUGGGHHH It's funny seeing how Azure and Regal are still great units 2 years later and more importantly, it's reassuring that the game has controlled levels of powercreep.
