I mean, millions of people stream and upload their videos of gameplay, it's become an entire industry. it's not like they'd be claiming ownership of the game if they uploaded a video of them playing it, unless they actively claimed ownership, in which case, they'd just be a moron.
tbh uploading clips from the show seems much more subject to copyright than uploading gameplay
