Hello, I got a question. So I saw a graphics card, exclusive for the china/vietnam or a few other ASEAN countries. It's a RX 580 8gb, but the price is like 70$, WHICH is a normal price for a online USED card, but this graphics card is like brand new, with seal and boxes & stuff. It even got a backplate. But they have videos review that this one is MAYBE a used GPU installed in a brand new raditor, fans, yk. However, is the rx580 8gb 2048sp, which is only for the china sales only. So its kinda like a rx570 not a rx580. But is very cheap and they call it a "renew gpu", are those real and are they good? I think "RENEW GPUS" are kinda not famous in the gpu thing. To be honest, I've never heard about "Renew GPUS", but I've heard about RX 580 2048sp, and as you mentioned it's like RX 570. So, my advice is, if it's "new" and it's got warranty, buy it. But if it doesn't have any warranty I suggest you buy regular GPU from well known manufacturer, like Sapphire, Gigayte, Asus... And also, idk about prices in your country, but if difference is only 10-20$ and you have good PSU, try to buy GTX 1070 since it's much stronger and reliable.. Glad to hear from you :)
