These are play along guitar strumming videos. Each video is focused on one guitar strumming pattern. Each video strts with a sample of the strumming pattern, a short slow play along to get the strumming pattern strokes down, then a play along section that gradually speeds up helping you to get the strumming pattern up to speed.
