Its crazy how people dont realize how much creative talent, skill and thousands of hours of practice it required to be able to reach this level of craftsmanship.
this guy isnt just sculpting. the shape and sizes of each body party in proportion to the overall body. the incredible detail work on the sculptures. the delicate skill needed to build smaller parts like belts, gauntlets, weapons and fit them onto the body seamlessly and most of all - patience. the untiring patience this work required without losing a glimpse of quality all the way to the finish. this isnt just great craftsmanship. this guy is not sculpting, he creates. he brings character to life.
Not to mention, we only see a 17 minute video, but in reality it was probably closer to 17 hours of straight patience!
More like days of patience.
Actualy, this kinda of work, could take Days.

Anyone can appreciate the amount of detail put into the sketches and the sculptures, but can we just appreciate that you pretty much do this in real time?
Yes, I can see the jump cuts, but when you're sketching and sculpting, your movements are in real time rather than being sped up.
I appreciate that because it gives you not only a better sense of how skilled you truly are, but it allows viewers to pick up on things that they see in the video that they may have been trying to improve on themselves (such as shading and simplification).
It would've been cool if he also sculpted Mimir's head on the belt. Overall, it's a masterpiece.

This is epic! I love how the scar looks, how the ashy skin was done, and how the clothes were colored. The snow effect was interesting to watch you implement.
