  • Watch me attempt to walk 10,000 steps a day for 30 days! I didn't quite manage it, but I got 26/30 days in the end which I'd still say is an achievement in itself.
    Remember, 1% better every day is still an improvement!

    Best thing is to compete with you self, and walk more and longer every day
    Start low and beat your own "record" by increasing steps everyday ..there is only one winner and that's you.
    Heck im 52 working and living in Bangkok, and i walk minimum 20k steps a normal day here so a young lad like u should manage it ..keep it up. =)
